My hours are 9:00am-5:30pm, Monday through Thursday, and 9:00am thorough 2:30pm on Friday.  The latest appointment time I offer is 4:30pm, Monday-Thursday.  I do not work on weekends.

I do not take third-party payments (payments from insurance companies) and do not work for insurance contracted fees.  Most PPO insurances allow clients to see who they like and will reimburse at least a portion of the fee.  I will supply a statement and fill out paperwork as part of client reimbursement, though clients must pay for the session at the time of service.  Check with your insurance company to find out if they will reimburse, how much, and what is needed to facilitate payment.

For phone appointments, I require payment by credit card at time of service or prepayment with credit card, Paypal, check, cashiers check, or money order in advance.
